Started his own development firm, Gill Estate, in 2018 after several positions in the real estate industry with such prominent companies as Polinger, Shannon, Luchs and Scott Management Inc. Has developed, owned, and managed $12,000,000+ of real estate holdings.

Resides in Arlington, VA with his wife and daughter. Also serves on the board of a non profit.

  • BS degree in Mechanical Engineering from Boston University

Andrew Renart

A native Washingtonian with over 18 years of commercial real estate estate experience.

He has served in executive positions at McBride Real Estate Services as well as Cresa Global, Inc, generating and closing over 1,500,000 square feet of office leasing and sale transactions.

Notable sales transactions include 1724 Massachusetts Avenue, NW (55,000 SF office building), and 4310 Georgia Avenue (10,000 SF office building sold for residential condo conversion)

Resides in Bethesda, MD with his wife and three children.  Has served on non profit boards and is a volunteer coach with MSI youth soccer.
